Info on Website Angela suffered 3 major head injuries and was left with health challenges. After her concussion Angela became a prolific artist and uses art as her tool to communicate. Angela was invited to be guest speaker at the Brain Injury Association of Canada conference in Toronto. She was awarded an International ad campaign with Mercedes AMG and her short documentary was selected by Cineplex and appear in all 1,600 Canadian theatres. In 2017, Angela was awarded the Emerging Visual Artist of the year by the Mississauga Arts Council. in 2019 Angela and was the recipient of the Community Heritage Award and the Modern Heritage Award for her role in celebrating urban growth and innovation in promoting mental wellness in Mississauga. A constant inspiration to herself, Angela is committed in helping others who may be experiencing a similar situation. Angela is committed to taking a public role in promoting mental health and awareness through her art.
