Asian Desserts + Drinks

Inspired by my favourite desserts usually consumed at Chinese new year as well as enjoyed throughout the years.

Sweet Rice Balls - "Tang-yuan" stands for reunion and brings good luck for families

Mango Pudding - Pudding topped with fresh cream and studded with fresh mango.
Moon cake - A full moon symbolizes prosperity and reunion for the whole family.
Mung Bean Soup - 
Pandan - light, fluffy, green-coloured sponge cake flavoured with the juices of the Pandanus Amarylilfolius Leaves.

Sample pack

Asian Drinks

Inspired by my trips to the Taiwans Night Market I create a series of my 'go to' drinks when Im walking about. Butterfly Pea Flower Tea is usually blue but with a dash of lemon it becomes pink add in some boba and its a delicious summery drink. Red Bean on Ice is my mothers favourite night market snack. Vendors shave a bowl of ice and top it with Mochi, Pudding, Sweet rice balls, Hot red beans "Red Bean Ice" Its delicious. . Black Tea is the go to bubble tea for more people. Add some condensed milk and it become a sweet drink.

Red Bean Bun - Dou Sha Bao consists of two components: a leavened dough wrapper that's pillowy soft and fluffy filled with a paste made of adzuki beans. 
Mango Pudding - Pudding topped with fresh cream and studded with fresh mango.
Pandan - Pandan cake is a light, fluffy, green-coloured sponge cake flavoured with the juices of the Pandanus Amarylilfolius Leaves. 
Moon cake - A full moon symbolizes prosperity and reunion for the whole family.
