A camera 2nd assistant on Reacher Season 1
Im Angela Chao. Second Camera assistant for Iatse667 for over 16 years. Chances are you know me and have seen me prep at Whites many times. I had a concussion on set over 6 years ago and found 'art' as a way to cope for my mental health. I was not an artist before but after the injury it came out naturally. I just knew how to paint, what to paint. I have created over 500 paintings all sold and scattered internationally. I have been nominated and won 3 awards. I am currently an illustrator for Penguin Random House publishing and Food network for upcoming children cookbooks. The past two year started creating public and corporate murals and have fallen in love with larger scale a 'canvas'
Murals range from $3000-12000+ depending on the complexity, size, color, revisions. They can take roughly 3 weeks to complete one wall.
The first steps is measurements and photographs of the space. Then we discuss your vision of the space and elements you wish to see. I create a digital rendition of your vision. We revise until you're content. Once the digital version is approve, I will draft up a contract detailing the terms, start and end dates. You will be able to inspect once its completed. A final layer of matte varnish is applied for protection by brush if aerosol is not allowed at Whites.
I am very flexible and open to concept you may have.
Below image of my Studio with Left MP Rechie Valdez and Minster Marci Ien. We had a sit down meeting about upcoming projects. In a month the MP Valdez moves offices to Streetsville in which I will be creating all the mural and artwork for their offices.
